- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible. I’m not one to complain but they made multiple unforgivable mistakes. My elderly dog had to be euthanised after an injury she wouldn’t recover from. These aren’t her usual vets and I knew I wanted this to be done at home so I was told to be there at 7am to simply pick her up as she had a finite amount of pain relief before the home vet would arrive. The handover between the night and day staff is non existent, it took AN HOUR to see a vet simply to verify payment that had already been done! They wasted our precious time, it was as if the day staff had no idea she had but a few hours before she was being put to rest. Now 2 weeks into mourning I get a call to check how she’s doing?! Are you kidding me!? It was on her only paperwork that “she is going home to be compassionately euthanised” How is it even possible to make such a horrendous mistake? I’m grateful to the kind vet who attended her and the staff who cared for her over night but everyone else’s bedside manner and professionalism is despicable.C CNovember 18, 2017
